Plates Figured Out

Every working set shows the plates for each side of the bar, colored by size, so loading takes a glance instead of arithmetic. Change the weight and the plates update before you reach the rack.

Train Toward a Real Number

Your Durability Score tracks how much of your peak strength you are keeping as you age. It adjusts for bodyweight, normalizes across lifts, and compares you to an age-graded curve, so you can see exactly where you stand years from now.

Your Coach Sees Every Set

Film a set from the gym floor and it lands next to the numbers from that session. Notes, form checks and your coach's replies stay together on the exercise, so the conversation never gets lost in a text thread.

Warmups Calculated

Barbell lifts come with a warmup ramp built from the empty bar to your first working set. Tap through each one and you are ready to work, no planning on the walk in.

Know If You Nailed It

Every set is logged against a target RPE. Hit it and the set reads dialed in; run hot and you see it right away, so the next set and the next session can adjust.

Deadlift sets at 275 lbs logged at RPE 6 against a target of RPE 6 to 7, each marked dialed in

Every PR, Every Rep Range

Your estimated max is charted for every lift, and PRs are flagged automatically at every rep count. Scroll back through months or years of sessions and see exactly what you lifted and how hard it felt.
